This photo really caught my attention. So how does the woman sell the coconut water? Is the coconut cut open when a buyer appears? Is the water stored in containers? What happens with the rest of the coconut? See what you’ve stirred up with one photo? 😀

Well, they ‘trim’ the top portion of the coconut, so that the coconut water can be accessesed with just one or two chops. When the customer comes they cut open the coconut with just one or two chops.:-)
